AlienTalk is an entertainment app featuring Xelin, a fictional AI-driven alien character. Xelin's responses are generated by an on-device language model and are intended for entertainment purposes only. Xelin's responses are fictional, may be inaccurate, nonsensical, or inconsistent, and should not be relied upon as factual, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
AlienTalk includes an "Archives" section featuring purchasable in-app stories presented in the style of classified documents, redacted files, and found records. This content is entirely fictional and created for entertainment purposes. It is a work of speculative fiction in the tradition of found-footage and creepypasta storytelling.
Any references within the Archives to government agencies, historical events, real organizations, scientific experiments, or real-world institutions are fictional and do not depict, allege, or imply any real events, real persons, or real government activity. Nothing in the Archives should be interpreted as factual, as investigative journalism, or as a claim about real-world institutions, governments, or individuals. Names, organizations, and incidents referenced in the Archives are invented for storytelling purposes and any resemblance to real entities or events is coincidental.
AlienTalk is rated 16+ and is intended for users aged 16 and over. The app contains fictional horror-themed and mature storytelling. If you are under the age required by your local laws to use this app without parental consent, please make sure you have a parent or guardian's permission before using it.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content in AlienTalk. Although the app does not host user-generated content and conversations with Xelin remain private to your own device, we are committed to a safe experience.
Xelin's responses are generated by an on-device AI model. If Xelin ever produces content you find objectionable, or if you have any concern about content in the app, you can report it to us at alientalkk@gmail.com. We review reports and act on legitimate concerns, which may include updating the app or its underlying model. You agree not to intentionally use the app to attempt to generate objectionable content.
AlienTalk offers optional in-app purchases that unlock additional content or features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.
Xelin's responses are generated by an AI model running on your device. We do not review, moderate, or control individual responses in real time, since they are generated locally on your device. While the app is designed for lighthearted, fictional interaction, AI-generated text can occasionally be unpredictable. Use your judgment, and do not treat Xelin's responses as factual or authoritative.
AlienTalk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
